Communication between independent directors and accountants:

The independent directors and accountants of the Company communicate and discuss the Company’s financial position and the effectiveness of the design and implementation of the internal control system in writing every year, and the accountants also use written form to discuss when necessary, including the independence and related responsibilities of the accountants in the audit of the financial statements, the matters related to the audit planning, the major findings of the audit, the contents of the audit report and the audit results of the interim consolidated financial statements; In addition, accountants may communicate with independent directors meetings from time to time as necessary.
