The Company passed the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 11, 112, and appointed Chief Financial Officer David Lin as the head of corporate governance to protect the rights and interests of shareholders and strengthen the functions of the Board of Directors. The main duties of the head of corporate governance are to handle matters related to the meetings of the board of directors and shareholders’ meetings in accordance with the law, prepare the minutes of the board of directors and shareholders’ meetings, assist directors in taking office and continuing education, provide information necessary for directors to carry out their business, and assist directors in complying with laws and regulations.
